Identifying the poles to the Brand Compass which is important to the Personality and Guest Profile.

BRAND DNA

The response to the brief should identify the Brand DNA.
This DNA would become a set of Core Values and the foundation to the offer.
These values may extend through the marketing, food delivery and calls to action as much as the environment.

Key to an effective response to the brief is having a clearly defined operational understanding.
Operational and design development compliment and may be developed together finding design solutions to operational challenges.
